Information needed to prepare your quote

To assess your project properly, I need the following information:

  1. Idea and elementsWhat you want to represent and which elements the composition should include.
  2. StyleIf you are unsure, send references of tattoos or images you like.
  3. Body placementAnatomy affects the composition, size and working time.
  4. Approximate sizeGive the measurements in centimetres. They may change slightly on the day so the design fits your body correctly.
  5. Black or colourConfirm whether the piece will be entirely black or include one or more colours.
  6. Skin conditionTell me whether it is a cover-up, a rework of an older tattoo, a scar, clean skin or any other special condition.

Consultation

Consultations are free and without obligation. You may also request an in-person consultation, always on a date and at a time agreed in advance.

If you do not attend an in-person consultation, a second free consultation will not be offered, due to the time and travel reserved for you.
03

How the price is calculated

Pieces requiring fewer than 2 sessionsA fixed price is quoted for the complete piece.
Projects requiring 2 sessions or moreAn approximate number of sessions is calculated.€400 per session
Full-day sessionFor projects that require the entire day to be reserved.€650
  • A standard session lasts approximately 3 to 5 hours.
  • The duration is not fixed: it depends on how you feel, how your skin responds and how far it is advisable to proceed that day.
  • If you want several small tattoos, I will assess whether it is better to price them individually or group them within one session fee.
04

Booking and deposit

A deposit is required to reserve a date. This amount is deducted after the final session of the project.

€50For each standard session booked
€100For Saturdays or full-day sessions
  • The deposit is non-refundable.If you do not attend or give at least 72 hours' notice, the deposit for that appointment will be forfeited.
  • Changes with 72 hours' notice. The appointment may be rescheduled to a new date suitable for both parties.
  • Maximum of 3 changes.A fourth rescheduling is treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.
  • The date and deposit always go together. No appointment is reserved without a deposit, and no deposit is accepted before a specific date has been agreed.
05

Projects requiring several sessions

For long projects, it is advisable to reserve several appointments to ensure continuity and prevent a waiting list from delaying the work.

  • One deposit for each appointment.€50 is paid for every session reserved.
  • Deposits accumulate. All deposits are deducted from the final amount when the project is completed.
  • Each appointment is treated separately. If one appointment is cancelled outside the notice period, only the deposit linked to that date is forfeited.

Important health information

If you have any illness or medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding or undergoing medical treatment, you must disclose it before booking so we can assess whether it is compatible with tattooing.

You must also disclose any known allergies so the compatibility of inks and materials with your body can be checked.

Concealing or misrepresenting relevant medical information may result in the tattoo appointment being cancelled without refund of any amounts paid. The person being tattooed is responsible for disclosing this information.
